A very very long time ago there were two beings of immense power capable of shaping the universe around us who created our origin planet, Earth. They created it as a gift yet a test to the human race. Every other civilization they had created had torn itself apart in the short amount of time they existed in cosmic universe. The two beings attempted to create a planet with perfect living conditions to see if the humans would prosper for eternity. Sadly this did not happen and the human race being to wipe itself out. It started when they began to kill each other for land on Earth. Soon they began to fill the Earth with their pollution and were beginning to run out of room. Luckily the creative humans realized this and began to figure out a way for the human race to survive by escaping Earth for a nearby planet, Mars.
Out of rage and confusion, the two cosmic beings began to fight with who allowed the human’s to change the test of their survival. One slaughtered the other, and as its body of elementary particles fell down to Mars, it shattered into millions of pieces making the planet a barren desolate scarred rock in space. By the time the humans arrived, the planet had no source of substances necessary for humans to live like water or food. Using the creativity that brought them to Mars, they devised a plan to form Mars into a grassy, ocean filled planet similar to Earth.
The remaining celestial being chose to help our ancestors by melting hidden ice on the planet causing water to flood the planet’s surface. Within hours, freshwater was covering the planet’s surface. The being also brought plants and nutrients from what was left of the unpolluted parts of Earth to be nurtured on Mars by its new inhabitants. Sadly, the population of Mars was growing too fast. The great being saw this and began to limit the the required nutrients for us to thrive. We began to split up into factions and countries all with their own share of resources. Some were far too powerful and greedy, so they declared war on Mars. Wiping out hundreds of thousands of colonists, Mars was left with only a few thousand people. Every year in honor of the war, the citizens of Mars hold an annual rebirth where hundreds of people are sacrificed. To this very day, the rebirth continues.

Mars Rights
Here in the United States on Earth, we have a system that protects the citizens. Its' called the Bill of Rights. If we were to colonize Mars, here are some theoretical rights for the citizens of Mars to have.
- Freedom of Speech - Freedom of Speech is almost a necessary in today's United States where people say plenty of things that may get them arrested in other countries.
- Freedom of the Press - If there ever is a media distribution system the press or the internet on Mars, it would be important that people can freely discuss topics.
- Water and Oxygen Provided Freely - Oxygen and water on Mars shouldn't be sold as it is a basic need for survival.
- Right to a Spacesuit - If a citizen of Mars wants to roam the planet and not be contained in a building, they should be able to do so freely
- Due Process - Citizens of Mars should go through the same process that affects citizens of the United States on Earth
- Right to Trial on Earth - If a citizen of Mars is being charged with a crime, their court hearing should take place on Earth
- Right to Communicate with Earth - If a citizen of Mars wants to communicate with people on Earth, they should be allowed to.
- Right to Return - A citizen of Mars cannot forcefully be sent back to Mars if they are coming to Earth legally
- No Excessive Bail - If a citizen of Mars is charged with a crime, a bail has to be fair to their punishment and cannot include travel time between Mars and Earth
- Right to Remain a Citizen - If you were once a citizen of Mars, you can return at anytime you wish

Short Life Story + Ambitions and Link to Mars
I come from the coastal town of Santa Barbara. I grew up in the small neighborhood of Montecio, and went to Montecito Union School for my early schooling. I've been very proficient in math from a young age and only improved througout my schooling. After I left Monteicito Union School, I went to Laguna Blanca School where I currently am being educated. At Laguna, I discovered one of my favorite skills, programming. I learned a few programming languages in about 10 months, mainly Java.

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for me to dissolve the bands which have connected me with homework, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that I should declare the causes which impel me to the separation. One reason is that homework can be overloading when there is a lot of it in a week. Another reason is that homework doesn't always reinforce the lessons learned in class. One last reason is that homework can be tedious and interferes with other people's schedule or if they don't have time for it, they can lose points.

ATDOAPTI Poems
JUNIOR
I am from old suits, from a family filled with addiction.
I am from the poverty, and disorder.
I am from ceremonies and the Spokane Tribe, from Mary and Grandmother Spirit and Arnold Spirit Sr.
I am from the people who never prosper and stay isolated.
From being thankful that they weren’t killed on thanksgiving.
I'm from the Spokane Indian Reservation, from alcohol and pancakes.
From the brain issues, the secret novel writing, and the drinking addiction.
I am from leaving the reservation, from spreading my wings.
- Junior is a Spokane Indian who has left the reservation trying to follow his dreams.
- He is leader because he is showing the other Indians on the reservation that they can leave.
JUNIOR’S SISTER
I am from books, from isolation.
I am from the desolate reservation.
I am from the grassy fields of Montana.
I am from writing romance novels and drinking, from Arnold and Junior and Agnes.
I am from dreams being crushed and stale living.
From being never able to release my novels to leaving the reservation.
I'm from the Spokane Reservation, the booze, the caring and understanding of Grandma.
From the doodling, the novel writing, and the braveness of facing the outside world.
I am from exploring the unknown, from running off to live my life how I dreamed of.
- Junior's Sister was a Spokane Indian that liked to write romance novels but decided that her dreams of being a writer were impossible so she wasted away in her basement
- Junior's Sister is a leader because she followed her dreams and her writing to Montana where it sadly killed her. This shows to everyone else that living your dreams is possible

Colonial Life vs Today
Back in the colonial era life was very different but in some ways the same. One difference was the rights. For example, women back then couldn't own land, but now they can. There are a few similarities such as the right to bear arms (unless Hillary gets elected). Another category is religion. Not all colonies in that era had religious freedom and some people would be forced to leave or killed if they believed in a different religion. Now all religions are welcome in the United States. One last category would be education. Most people back then were probably not as educated as today or didn't have any education. I hope you enjoyed this short paragraph comparing colonial life to today!

Three Tribes That I Identify With
In A True Diary of a Part-Time Diary, the main character, Junior, identifies with many "tribes" or groups. Here's a quick blog post of what groups I identify with. The first tribe I identify with is the coders\programmers "tribe". I love to program and do it daily (maybe a little too much). Another tribe I identify with is the tennis "tribe". I play tennis a lot and it's fun to grow and get better. One last "tribe", I identify with is the gaming tribe. Whenever I'm not programming, playing tennis or doing schoolwork, I'm playing games.
